2. The system requirement for the software
3. IE (Internet Explorer) 5.0 or higher (enable JVM, shockwave, flash)
4. Un-installation of the previous version as per following before installation.
Un-installation of the previous version as per following before installation.Incase previous version software is already installed in your computer, please uninstall
the same before installing the new software. When you run set, it will ask for "Remove
previous software or Modify or Repair". Click "Remove" option to remove the previous
software. Also press "No" while the software is uninstalling the previous package to
remove all the files whenever it asks for the same. After removing restart the system &
install the new version software..
5. Installation instructions as per operating system

5.1 For Windows ME/XP/2000.
a) Install Windows ME/XP or 2000
b) Run set up .exe as instructions given in Point No.6.

5.2 For Windows 98
a) Install Windows 98
b) MS office 2000 or higher (install IE5 or higher) (enable JVM, Shockwave, Flash)
c) Run set up .exe as instructions given in Point No.6

5.3 For Windows NT
a) Install Windows NT
b) Install Windows SP3 (Service Pack) or higher
c) MS office 2000 or higher
d) Run set up .exe as instructions given in Point No.6
6.0 Instruction/ steps for installation
6.1 Open the CD contents. It contains "DRI" folder and "Redist" Folder. It also contain "Read Me" file. (Readme.txt)
6.2 Double click on the DRI folder, to see folders "Ecofresh*".
6.3 Double click the folder for the application you want to install (i.e. ECOFRESH*).
6.4 Double click the "set up" application to show "Welcome Screen".
6.5 Click "Next" button to proceed.
6.6 Click "Yes" to accept the terms on the "License Agreement".
6.7 Click "Next" button again on the "Information".
6.8 Write any "User name, Company name and any Serial No." e.g. User name you may type XYZ,
Company name you can type ABC and Serial No. 1234. After writing Serial No. the "Next"
button shall be enables, click the same. (Customer Information).
6.9 The next screen will show the field destination folder, you can either click "Next"
button simply or can click "browse" button to change the destination folder, if wish to.
6.10 The next screen "set up type", select "typical" and click "next".
6.11 Just click on the "next" button in the screen "select programme folder" and also click "next" button to start copying the files.
6.12 Once the programme is installed click the "finish" button. It will automatically make the icon on the "Desktop"and also will make the folder in the start, Programme files by
the name "DRI". Click either at the "Desktop" icon or on the "start" button to run the
application.

8. Trouble Shooting
Problem 1 : Problem 1 : "MSXDXM.ocx not Found"
Cause : Sound Driver and MDAC 2.5 not installed.
Solution : Install Sound Driver and install MDAC 2.5 and Restart Computer.
Problem 2 : "JAVA SCRIPT ERROR" in Internet Explorer.
Cause : Internet Explorer is not supported java virtual machine.
Solution : Install JVM or jre-1_5_0-windows-i586.
Problem 3 : "CRYST I32.ocx not Found"
Cause : MSOFFICE-2000 not installed.
Solution : First uninstalled the application. Install MS-Office 2000 and reinstall application.
Problem 4 : "Report not export as PDF"
Cause : Cute PDF Writer not installed.
Solution : Download Cute PDF writer from link "http://www.cutepdf.com/products/cutepdf/writer.asp" and Install in system. Please Click on button "change printer" in Report and select name as Cute PDF writer. After that just Click on "Print" button of Ecofresh Report and save report as in PDF format
Note: Incase you have existing EcoFresh Selection Software loaded in your system, please uninstall the same and then install the software |
